Set up agency white-label tools with your own domain, colors, email settings, support details, and controls for managing client apps.
Agency white-label features are built for agencies, freelancers, and service providers who want clients to use a branded portal instead of the default AppMySite experience. Your clients can log in through your domain, see your branding, contact your team, and create apps without seeing AppMySite in the platform interface.
This helps you offer app-building services without building your own platform from scratch. You get a branded portal, client app management, subscription controls, support details, domain mapping, email configuration, team access, and white-labeled resources your customers can use.
You only need the agency white-label setup if you want to rebrand the full app-building experience for your own customers. If you only need to create an app for one client, you can build it from a regular AppMySite account instead.
Your clients can create the same types of apps available through AppMySite, including WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, Website to app, and Custom mobile app projects.
You start by creating an agency from your AppMySite account. Once the agency is created, you get a dedicated agency dashboard where you can review activity, see client apps, manage customers, view subscriptions, and track the setup steps needed to complete your white-label portal.
You can connect your own domain by adding it inside the agency settings and pointing the required CNAME record to AppMySite. SSL is issued automatically, so your clients can access the app builder from your branded domain.
You can also configure platform emails. By default, emails can be sent through the white-labeled setup, but you can add your own sender details and SMTP server information if you want emails such as password resets, invitations, and subscription notices to come from your own email infrastructure.
The portal can be branded with your agency name, logo, favicon, colors, buttons, backgrounds, and other visual settings. You can also add your own support details so clients contact you directly when they need help.
Client management happens from your agency dashboard. You can see apps created by your clients, manage their subscriptions, assign plans, review customer details, and log in to client accounts when you need to support them. Clients cannot upgrade plans directly through AppMySite; you manage their subscription access from your agency panel.
You can add team members to help manage your agency portal and client accounts. You can also provide a white-labeled WordPress plugin and connect your OneSignal organization so apps created through your white-label setup can use your notification configuration.
